Our Careers Policy and our Statement on provider access are reviewed annually and approved by the governing body. We evaluate our careers guidance using Compass+.

Compass+ is an online self-evaluation tool for schools to use to assess how their careers support compares against the Gatsby Benchmarks and the national average. We baseline ourselves using this tool termly, and consider the opportunities to improve our careers programme based on our confidential results, we track our progress against the Benchmarks over time.
